Shipping policy
Processing times vary by product type:
- custom orders could take up 1-3 weeks to process (Monday–Friday only)
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
All orders are shipped via UPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been dropped off at UPS. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
